
The 6th through 8th grade schedule includes the following learning experiences:

Content of College Credit Plus (CCP) for middle/high school students who applied and were accepted to take CCP courses:

Reading intensive
Discuss history through the lens of current affairs. Students may be asked to read primary source documents from different historical periods and/or they may use historical themes and questions to discuss modern events (i.e. impeachment, government response to catastrophes, etc.).Students who participate in these courses will be in online classes with students of all different ages and will be expected to keep up with all of the reading and respond to that reading in a sophisticated, mature, and collegiate manner.
Honor/Merit Roll/High Honors:
Students in grades 6th through 9th grade are eligible for High Honors, Honor Roll, and Merit Roll.
Students must achieve the following grades to qualify for High Honor Roll, Honor Roll, and Merit Roll:
- High Honors: All A+ in all classes.
- Honor Roll: All A’s and one (1) B in all classes.
- Merit Roll: All A’s and B’s.
